Computer/Monitor

I'm looking into powering a computer and monitor for about 12 hours of daily use. My tower has a 300 Watt power supply (Im running an Athlon processor that pulls around 75 watts) so i figure im probably close to the full 300 watts, and my monitor pulls lets just say 200 watts to be safe.

What would you all suggest that I purchase to power this configuration. On the tools calculator it said I would consume 49.5 Amp hours. I also figured that I could run the tower on 240 Volts and the monitor on 120 Volts.
