#1 -  Renewable Energy > Rebate Programs and Net Metering regulations > Rebate for "Not primary residence".
In Texas (many other states also) there is a %30 rebate on solar equipment.  The drawback is; I plan to install $5000 worth of solar panels, charge controller, batteries in a cabin that is not our primary residence.

Does anyone know of a way around this?  Or possibly other types of rebate programs?  Seems very limited considering how many people have off-grid secondary cabins, homes, etc.

Power is power no matter where it is used....
