parallel solar off grid inverter with diesel generator

Dear Sir
I have a 250 kva diesel generator 380v 3 phase supplying power to residential area for 10 hours a day due to utility cut
I am thinking of installing 25kw  solar panels connected directly to an off grid 3 phase output  inverter with no batteries as this application will be used during day time
My question is  ; Can i parallel the output of inverter with output of diesel generator Do we need a synchronizer to do this application
Can this be done with no problems  Any ideas
Should you require additional information ,please let me know
