Centering a Wattsun TR-75,single axis solar panel tracker

  My solar panel tracker, a Wattsun TR75 single axis, has a new controller,electric eye sensor, and refurbished motor drive, all systems go. This system is powered by 2 reliable 12vlt panels off the tracker to make up a 24 vlt. pwr. source. My problem is that the tracker doesn't fully return to the eastern position in the morning. Is there some known way to recenter the tracker, possibly readjusting the white plastic cams at the end of the motor drive with a bit of trial and error?
