I have six of these inverters running a hotel in Panama Centeral America www.ranchodecaldera.com They have powered a complete woodshop and the whole hotel during construction and now. They handle 9 airconditioners. I recently had a fan on one of them die, it has not effected the way the inverters worked and outback now many years out of warranty sent me the fan. When you call Outback for help you talk to a person who knows every thing, is kind and is very helpful.

The company truly understands customer service!!!

I have friends here in panama who also have experienced outback going way above and beyond what any other company would do.
