I ordered the only seal and gasket kit offered for a Suncentric only to be severely delayed in finishing the service call because there was not an
HT
(as in high temp) version listed. I found this out by accident while talking to a Dankoff tech support person. Had I installed these bushings, they would have likely
turned to mush
in short order per the Dankoff tech. I am servicing an 8 year old solar system with 96 Seido evacuated tubes that are still sitting idle because I need to reorder and wait for the correct parts.

According to Dankoff this should not have happened??

Rating of only 2 because although the order interface was quick & easy, I was not aware of the correct parts needed via having a better selection of what might be needed.
