8G24 12V, 73 AH (20HR) Sealed Gel Cell Dual Terminal review

I have purchased and installed five of these MK-8G24 batteries for starting three boats and two Onan 16 kW generators. There is never a worry about the batteries in the severe winter weather here in Northwest Ontario. My best results have been with single battery installations, not in voltage or power multiplying arrays. Unlike conventional flooded lead acid batteries, these gelcell batteries stay charged over the seven months of winter storage and there is no worry of freezing and bursting at 40-, 50- or 60-degrees Fahrenheit below zero.
