Global Solar Energy Global Solar 12W 12V Framed Solar Panel review

Even up here in Canada when the sun was at a max of 23 degrees was still able to charge my 12v @7.6 H/hr battery to run my solar xmas display ( over a 1000 leds ). Will buy a second one soon but but in the mean time this one is still pumping out the current as the specs say.
