This inverter has been working great. It's in use with 500 watts of PV and few deep cycle marine batteries in my garage. The sign wave output is very happy powering a 50 plasma tv, computers, microwave, standard refrigerator and I've used my 10" chop saw a few times. No problems with surge currents and the power save features shuts it down to a near nothing draw at night. Two large fans only come on during larger loads and are very quiet so the unit is silent most of the time. No charger in this unit which is reflected in its relatively low price for well constructed 24v pure sign wave inverter.
