Universal UB12180 12V, 18AH (20HR) Sealed AGM review

I researched many different batteries before choosing the Universal UB12180. I needed a 12v backup battery for my 45 watt solar system that runs my 12v 16" attic fan (which I also purchased from AE). The solar panels run the fan for probably 8 full hours (It's 110 degree in Phoenix these days), then when the sun goes down this battery runs an additional 6 or 7 hours. When I shut the system off around 9pm, the air temp in my attic is the same as the outside air temp and my A/C doesn't run near as much...saving me $$$. I checked my attic temp without this system runnung and it takes MANY more hours to cool down without it. Temps in the attic can run as high as 140 without a exhaust fan...and solar run is the best way to go.
