Southwest Wind Power Whisper 500 with Controller 24V

Wispher 500

Hi I have had a whisper 500 for nearly two years now I wish I had not wasted my money on this product. Its part of a hybred system consisting of 7kwh array and a whisper 500. The problem is that the turbine maxim output is 65-70 amps at 28 volts ( should be 120 amps plus ) when the the wind is makeing the turbine begin to furl, so the output all the way down scale is low, with a much higher start up speed, also if the sun is out, and the pvs are chargeing the turbine senses the charge voltage and reduces its output further. The LED control panel and the operating lights failed after the first five months and still do not work.I have emailed, writen and telephoned for the last two years to both the installer and Southwest wind power but neither will reply letalone repair the unit.I think the company STINKS. I know of two whisper 500 which have this problem.
