This kit was pretty straightforward to install, and should only take a day if you get started early enough. It came with top quality components, and there is no noise whatsover that is transmitted into the house in my installation. The only thing that I would do differently is to take the isolators depth into consideration when measuring where to cut the hole into the roof. I was off by an inch and a half when we mounted it, but everything still fit and there is no vibration, so I guess it wasn't catastrophic. Can't blame the product for my mistake.
