Bonny Ethridge has been hired as a Customer Service Representative and Jon Spencer joins altE as the New England Technical Sales Manager.

Bonny Ethridge comes to altE most recently from ICF International where she worked on the Massachusetts Residential New Construction Program responsible for invoicing the consortium of MA utility companies on behalf of the participating HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Raters. Her past experience also includes Customer Support, Account Management and Inside Sales. Bonny holds an Associates Degree in Energy Management from Mount Wachusett Community College.
A graduate of Hampshire College, Jon Spencer spent several years in the biofuel industry conducting research in next generation feedstocks. He went on to work as a Chief Scientific Officer for the largest owner of solar power installations in NH and was responsible for system design, project management, maintenance and operations.
