Shipping Availability and Lead Time

Most of our orders ship out within 1 to 2 business days. However, depending on market demand some items may be backordered. Generally, our customer service deparment will notify you by email if the shipment is expected to be delayed by more than 2 weeks. Please be aware that some items are built to order and may not ship for several weeks, such as Sun Frost refrigerators and Surrette bateries. Usually, any normal prolonged shipping times are spelled out in the products details/specifications on our website.
