International Shipping Policy

All International Shipments

• AltE gladly ships to most countries serviced by UPS.  International shipments are only done through UPS and/or FedEx.  We cannot guarantee delivery via USPS, so we do not use them for international shipments.
• The end user is responsible for any taxes and customs fees associated with the shipment.  These will not be calculated as part of your order total.
• Shipping to international destinations will not calculate automatically on the web site.  Simply place your order, and one of our sales team will contact you with a shipping estimate.  You will be asked if you accept the charges prior to us processing your order.
• For larger shipment, that cannot be sent via UPS, we suggest you use a freight forwarder in the US.  If you don't have a freight forwarder, please contact us and we can give you names of ones we've had success with in the past.
• If a freight forwarder is used, we will guarantee safe delivery to the freight forwarder, but it there responsibility to make sure the shipment is packed for international travel, and they bear thee burden if there is any damage.  You should instruct the freight forward to inspect all item before sending them on to the final destination.
• The following is a list of countries that we currently DO NOT ship to:

            Gabon

            Gambia

            Ghana

            Ivory Coast

            Nambia

            Nigeria

            Sudan

            Tonga

            Zambia

            Zimbabwe
