A user-friendly interface box that maintains two-way communication with the pump and monitors the operating conditions. Built-in diagnostics indicate faults and dry-running, display operating status power consumption and level switch input. Communication between the CU 200 and the pump takes place via the pump power supply cable. This is called mains borne signalling (or Power Line Communication), and this principle means that no extra cables between the CU 200 and the pump are required. It is possible to start, stop and reset the pump by means of the on/off button.

 

Inside the Box

The CU 200 control unit offers:

• System monitoring
• Alarm indication.

The following indications allow the operation of the pump to be monitored:

• Water reservoir is full (level switch)
• Pump is running
• Input power

The CU 200 offers the following alarm indications:

• Dry running
• Service needed in case of:
  • - no contact to pump
  • - overvoltage
  • - overtemperature
  • - overload.

In addition, the CU 200 shows the symbols of the energy supply options

Developed for the SQFlex water supply systems, the CU 200 SQFlex control unit offers:

• system monitoring on the basis of sensor signals
• system control on the basis of sensor signals
• monitoring of operation and alarm indication.

SQFlex Control Box. This controller and system monitor can be used with solar alone or in combination with the IO101 (for manual generator backup) and/or the IO102 ( for wind generator ). The CU200 will allow you to add a float switch to shut off the pump when the storage tank is full. The system monitor display on the CU200 shows the following: * Pump operation * Full Tank * Input Power ( Watts ) * Alarm Indicator for dry running, overvoltage, overload and overtemperature.
