The Ohm is a new and unique residential solar thermal monitoring system. It not only tracks your solar system’s performance, it also meters all thermal energy produced and consumed in your water heater(s). With the unique Ohm sensor, installation couldn’t be easier - even for retrofits (installed in as little as 30 minutes! Click here for Installation Video). Via a zero-configuration wireless connection, the Ohm posts data to a web-based dashboard, where you can view data in real-time. The Ohm captures solar system performance, how often your backup heater turns on, your hot water usage, and energy lost on account of tank cooling (known as 'tank loss').
