What are the differences between Polycrystalline solar cells and Monocrystalline solar cells?
SolarWorld
320W Monocrystalline Solar Panel, 24V
The SolarWorld Sunmodule SW 320 solar panel is one of the largest wattage panels in the 300 watt solar panel family. This is a 24V solar panel with 72 cells connected in series. These modules will work well to charge a 24V battery, and they are commonly wired in series to charge 48V batteries, or for higher voltage circuits to feed grid tie inverters. The output of the panel offers the highest system efficiency and production for a solar panel over 300 watts. SolarWorld only delivers modules that have greater than or equal to the nameplate rated power. This means you get at least 320 watts of power, and as much 325 watts, with the power tolerance ranges between -0 Wp and +5 Wp. More for your money in a 300 watt solar panel range, the SolarWorld SW 320 is a great panel to build a powerful system for your home or business.
SolarWorld has been making panels in the USA since 1975! They continually strive to make improvements, and go through rigorous climate and durability testing. Additionally, every panel gets sorted in 5 watt increments - always rounded down. So you're guaranteed to get at least the rated wattage of your panel - ie. 320 watts - never less and most likely more!
SolarWorld provides a 10-year Limited Product Warranty and 25-year Linear Service Warranty*. This means that for 24 years, the solar panels will not lose more than .7% of their rated output power each year. At 25 years and beyond, they'll still output at least 82% of their rated power, so you'll have decades of use with these panels!
*See warranty statement in the 'Documents' section above for details.

* Max Reverse Current of this module is 25A. Reverse current is used for calculations and sizing of fuses and breakers. This is subjective - as this can be calculated based on 80% of the max, or 90% of the max etc. Therefore depending on how the fuses/breakers are sized, this module can handle a maximum of 25A of reverse current.
