I can't give the panel a review other than to say it puts out voltage.
I have serious doubts as to 30 watts, it seems to me to be more like 3.
When connected to a "BZ 240 14A, 12V PWM CHARGE CONTROLLER" it WILL NOT CHARGE a AGM type battery.

Not very expensive, and provides plenty of power to charge teh batteries. Tie it to a charge controller, and you are ready to go.
