PV's for RV's? Why not? It's a perfect match! When you finally find that idyllic spot, all you want to do is park the old RV and soak up the peace and quiet, right? Sure, but you don't want to run out of juice, and you sure don't want to leave the engine running to keep those batteries charged up. That would spoil the whole effect! Well, look around. What do you see? Acres of sunshine that's free for the taking. Well, if you're a tree or a wild flower it's free, but you're right, if you, the human being, want to convert some of that gorgeous "free" sunshine into useable electricity, you're going to have to drop some change on a photovoltaic panel or two. No way around it, even if you started sprouting leaves. Now, you could probably just throw those solar panels in the back and prop them up on a rock when you get where you're going, but you might want to take better care of your investment than that.
