Fronius Datalogger Pro

The Datalogger Box can record and store large amounts of data regarding your system and sensor performance. The Datalogger pro can record data from up to 100 different FRONIUS IG inverters and 10 Sensor Boxes, while the Datalogger easy can monitor an individual FRONIUS IG and Sensor Box.

The Datalogger Box works in conjunction with your COM Card to allow you access to your system's operation information over a PC either via modem, or through an RS 232 port on the Datalogger Box.

The Datalogger is very easy to install - it uses standard RJ 45 jacks and RS 232 ports for the connection to PC and Modem. The box has to be placed within 20 meters of the PC.

The DatCom components include:

  The brain of the operation. The Datalogger Box stores data from up to 100 inverters and 10 Sensor Boxes, along with your programmed sensor constants and other information.
• FRONIUS IG COM Card
  The COM Card is communications hardware that is installed directly into your FRONIUS IG in the same way a Plug-n-Play card is installed in your PC. Every inverter needs a COM Card in order to communicate to the Datalogger to allow you to receive your data.
• FRONIUS IG Sensor Box
  The Sensor Box enables you to incorporate weather data such as irradiance, temperature, and wind speed, load data, and/or other system information, depending on the sensors connected.
• FRONIUS IG.access
  The software that brings it all together. FRONIUS IG.access offers a myriad of tools to provide users with the ability for casual data viewing or sophisticated mathematical analysis. The software also provides users with the ability to change certain inverter settings.
