Use the correct model of prescaler (100 V or 500 V) for the battery bank. If the voltage is less than 100V do not use a 500V prescaler. Link 10 will make certain assumptions about the batteries based on the model of prescaler. Certain functions may not be programmed properly if using a 500V prescaler on a system less than 100 V.
