- Check your Tulsi-Hybrid often when cooking on WINDY days. In full deployment mode the Tulsi makes a great sail! This oven is beefy and sturdy enough to withstand a good gust and not blow over; however the cover can be knocked open thus changing the reflective angle and therefore the solar heating power hitting the oven chamber.
