A dump load controller, also known as a diversion load controller, diverts electricity from a battery bank once the charging source (wind turbine, PV, hydro turbine, etc) has fully charged the battery bank. We offer special DC air and water heating elements as diversion/dump loads.
We also have specialized turbine diversion controllers that also have the additional rectifier circuitry to rectify the wild AC from the turbine into DC.
