Self Contained Solar Submersible Fountain Pumps

I am looking for a self contained solar powered submersible fountain pump supplier. I have seen floating types advertised for sale, but would like to design my own.I am just looking for the pump. I wanted to make a small water garden for the patio, with a fountain bubbler type of situation. Anyone have any ideas. Please email. Many thanks!-Pati
