reduced panel output

After a recent move I was reinstalling my small off grid system that provides power to a small workshop.  I found that one of my two Kyocera 120W 12volt panels is now only putting out around 9 volts in bright sunlight.  There are no visible dings or scratches on the panel.  the junction box seems fine.  The output is just off.  I really cant afford to just toss the panel but I can't seem to find a contact point to have the panel fixed.  Can anyone suggest a web site or phone contact information?  Thanks.

Dear Sir:
A few years ago, I had 5 or 6 year old 120watt Kyocera panels, and 3 of the 6 went bad!! [i.e. the internal solder joints went bad "on a lot of them manufactured around the date of mine. Only voltage on 1/2 of the array!!]

At that time, the Kyocera representative was gracious to replace all 6 of mine, and even paid for their shipping.

I was under the impression that more recent Kyocera panels, DO NOT have this {built in} deficiency. What was the date of manufacture of your panels? Approx. 2002 or 2003??

Vincent. B.
