As a company who must ship a great deal by ground, we have a vested interest in the improvement of the shipping industry, and trucks in particular.

Emissions standards force improved efficiency in the automotive industry and it all trickles down from there! It has been gratifying to see Obama set national emission standards and now it appears he definitely paved the way for California to be able to set their own standards!
