Inverter Installation Kit
for Samlex Inverters up to 2000W

Samlex’s Inverter Installation Kit contains a pair of heavy duty cables and a fuse assembly that is used to connect the inverter to the battery bank. The fuse protects your equipment in the event of a battery short-circuit and the cables provide a safe and easy plug and play connection.

The DC-2000-KIT can be used for 12V inverters (1000 - 2000 Watts), 24V inverters (2000 - 3000 Watts) and 48V inverters (3000 - 4000 Watts).

Each DC-2000-KIT Includes:

• (1) 200A Fuse Assembly (with fuse)
• (2) 10' #2AWG cables
• Hardware
  • (6) 11.5" Black Tie Wraps
  • (6) 1/2" Cable clamps
  • (6) #8 x 3/4" Pan head screws

The fuses included in each kit are Marine Rated Battery Fuses made by Cooper Bussman. The MRBF Fuse provides easy, practical weatherproof and economical circuit protection in tight space constraints.

Samlex has provided the highest quality, industrial and transportation grade, flexible cable with each kit. The cable is UL and CSA listed and is also classified as Type "DLO" or Diesel Locomotive (2000V rating). Each cable features three layers of insulation/protection which provides the high 2000V insulation and resistance to abrasion, oils, acids and heat.
